Acupuncture and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)

When most people think of PTSD they think of a solider fighting a war. PTSD can be anything that is mentally and emotionally disturbing to a person. This can be a death, an accident, physical, verbal, or emotional abuse. Regardless of the event, PTSD is very real, very crippling for the individual and at time life consuming. Acupuncture has been very helpful in reducing, controlling, and eliminating PTSD.
